Race Night : Every Friday at 6:30pm starting April 30, 2010 - enjoy the Cascades Dinner / BBQ after the race.

Each Race night will consist of one distance race - . total distance of about 6km.

Handicap Race : At the end of the season *, we'll host a distance race with prizes for the paddler(s) who perform best compared to their season's performance (handicap system will be used). To qualify for this race, you must have paddled at Race Night at least 3 times to establish a handicap.

There will be an entry fee to cover expenses and prizes will be awarded for the handicap race winners (1st, 2nd & 3rd place).
