Announcing --- Race Night ---

What: Race Night - Small Boat Endurance Races. Open to small boats paddled by 1,2,4 or 6 paddlers. Includes marathon boats, Outriggers, C1, C2, K1, K2, etc, etc.

When: Every Friday Night Starting April 30, 2010 at 6:30pm - will continue through the summer and into the fall.

Who: Cascades Paddling Members with their own or Club Boats (get permission from your Coach). Guests are welcome and encouraged to attend and participate.

Where: Start and Finish at the Cascades Club Dock.

Why: An opportunity to race, build your endurance, track progress over the season, have fun.

The Event: The races will be 6km. Future races may be longer depending on the interest of the participants. There will be a mass start and your finish time will be recorded to help you track your progress over the season. At the end of the race, paddlers can review their results at the Cascades Club Friday Night Dinner.

Registration: If you register with the organizers on Race Night, you'll be timed for the race. Registration is Free - there is no charge.
